Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours notice. If 24 hours notice is not given, a standard fee of 50% of the booked service will be applied to the next reservation.
No-shows are also included in this policy.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, there may not be time to accommodate your appointment and the cancellation fee will be applied.
COVID Safety
We require all customers to wear a mask when visiting the salon. All staff and contractors are required to wear a mask at all times. Surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between visits and throughout the day. If you are feeling ill or have come into contact with anyone ill, we ask that you reschedule your visit. Hand sanitizing stations are provided throughout the store for customer use.
