Salon Policies

We take your health and safety very seriously. 

We require all customers to wear a mask when visiting the salon.   All staff and contractors are required to wear a mask at all times. Surfaces and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between visits and throughout the day. If you are feeling ill or have come into contact with anyone ill, we ask that you reschedule your visit. Hand sanitizing stations are provided throughout the salon for customer use.  

We thank you for your cooperation in keeping everyone that visits Transformation Day Spa safe and healthy. 

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours notice.  If 24 hours notice is not given, a standard fee of 50% of the booked service will be applied to the next reservation. 

No-shows are also included in this policy. 

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, there may not be time to accommodate your appointment and the cancellation fee will be applied.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

We accept credit cards, debit, e-transfers, cash, and our own gift cards. We do not accept payments over the phone. 

Unlimited parking is available in the attached parking lot.
